We have another BOM (Block of the month) group starting soon! This group will be meeting on the second Wednesday of each month starting in February, so the first class will be February 12. Each class will begin at 10 a.m with no specific set ending time. This quilt is called Stormy Seas and is made from batik fabrics made by Timeless Treasures. 

When finished, this quilt will measure approximately 108” by 108”. You will need to purchase batting and backing separately. 

For each class, no machine or supplies are needed at the class. Each class will consist of a short demonstration or some tips and tricks for making each month’s block. We will also be doing show and tell, so bring your finished projects to show everyone! Each month, it will cost a total of $27 for the class and the kit for the month which includes the pattern and fabric.

There is one ruler that is needed for this class as well as two other rulers that are recommended. I carry all of these if you need to purchase them. The needed ruler is called the 2-Peaks-in-1 by Creative Grids (I carry these), but it is also called TriRecs or Deb Tucker’s V Block by other companies. The recommended rulers are the Ultimate Flying Geese ruler and the 4 1/2” square. 

If you are unable to attend the class and need to purchase your kit on a different day, that’s fine, but it will cost $27. If you attend the class and bring the previous month's block completed, you will receive a 5% discount at checkout (excluding furniture).
